Iphone 4, problem

I didn't sync my music or pics with itunes and I accidentally pressed "wipe phone" on the Icloud website.Does anyone know how to restore the pics?

Just learning my iPhone 4 myself.. best to sync with your computer which backs it up..

hmmm, i should have asked a board member before playing around with icloud and accidentally wiping my wife's iphone 4 clean(my pics of the family on vacation in Fiji)!! i got bitch slapped for that.
