Vintage Highway Patrol Police Helicopter For Sale

As I mentioned a few days ago, I had the opportunity to go on a vintage toy "pick". I was able to pull out a few Hot Wheels (to be listed later), but the cream of the crop was when I found this little guy. Manufactured by "T.N" and made in Japan, this tin toy is really cool. It operates on two D batteries. The red/blue light does work (as pictured), but not every time, so to avoid any buyer's disappointment, buy this as if it doesn't work at all. I will not ship this with batteries so plan to have your own if you want to test it out.

I have seen similar versions on eBay, but none have the clear window with the two pilots as a part of the tin toy (also pictured). I believe this is one of the earlier versions of this toy, although I cannot put an actual date on it.
